Find out if your ISP is stealiing data from you or if they are not giving you the bandwidth you paid for. Many ISPs give you the download but NOT the upload.
With VoIP and ANY real-time two-way communication you can end up with MAJOR problems if the up and down bandwidth are out of sync.

Assuming your system WAS working... Turn off the power (or disconnect) ALL your computer gear. Connect the power to your MODEM/ROUTER first. Wait 2 minutes. Connect the power to your ATA and wait 1 minute. Make a phone call using mySmartFone through your ATA. If OK then power up your PC. Record or observe ANY sequence of events that sets up the same error in future. There will always be a scenario that will make it fail (if it is going to) |
